Last of Summer

It's time to bid summer a fond farewell.

Goodbye rain.

Goodbye stifling humidity.

Goodbye mosquitoes.

It's time to fall gently into autumn.

It's a new season for new adventures.

My grandchild started school. As any grandparent and parent knows it is bittersweet.

The family went out to eat in celebrating his first day of

school. The restaurant had an amazing face painter!

I have stated a new series of polymer clay and acrylic paintings. I took a workshop on polymer inlays for jewelry. I tried the technique on canvases. It then evolved into combining my painting background with my polymer clay skills. My artistic muses are leading me in an exciting direction!

I hope the change of season is bringing you positive adventures. I'd love to hear about them!
