I just returned from a four day intensive polymer clay workshop. I have been reenergized with inspiration, new techniques, new types of clay and uninterupted time to create. My dear friends and fellow artists attended as well as new creatives. Two women made the trek from Canada! There was a free exchange of ideas. The artists are welcoming to new comers and the returning clayers. It is a gem. It takes place every February. I will keep you posted for Clayathon 2017. The guest artist was Laura Tabakman. She opened my flow of creativity by showing me how to use balloons! I love the organic forms that I can get from using a balloon. No two shapes will ever be the same. I like the fact

I am excited to launch my website today and share my artwork with you. The other bit of news was I demonstrated polymer clay at Dick Blick in Allentown, PA. It was a blast! I had fun watching people touching unbaked clay for the first time. I was invited to show some of my work in the store's display case. I want to thank the staff at Dick Blick. They were helpful and friendly as always! Tomorrow I'm leaving for Clayathon. A five day extravaganza of polymer clay workshops! New Jersey, here I come!! #polymerclay #teaching
